We have an in-house bookkeeper who is proficient in Quickbooks reporting. At no extra cost, we will manage the invoices received by contracting and make sure each landlord is given proper notification and has given proper authorization for the work. Each expense will be broken down in a monthly income & expense report.
Each month you will receive a set of financial statements, including income statements, a balance sheet, and a tenant roster with the rent collection status.

· Copies of all work orders and receipts
· Complete account summary for year - end tax preparation
