Sample Comparative Market Analysis
Everyone that lists their home with me will receive a custom comparative market analysis (CMA) packet, that I create for the sellers convenience. The CMA will determine the maximum market value that we can get for your home. It will also explain in detail the process of listing your home with me. This is a sample of a complete CMA. Setting the Sales Price
After completing your custom CMA, we can properly price your home based on other similar homes in your area. Making sure that the sales price is accurate, will ensure the maximum sale, without a lengthy listing period.
