Property Management Contract

During our initial consultation about your home, if you decide you just want to list the home for lease with The Rule Team, then the process is simple.  You sign a "Listing Contract" that gets your home listed on the MLS system as well as several other media outlets.

If you decide you want to use the "Full Services" of the Rule Team, we will have you sign an agreement that states all the services we will provide, a timeline, and all the fees associated with this type of service.  The contract is usually for one year or however long the tenant's lease is for.

If you are leaving the city, this may be your best option.  We take care of EVERYTHING!  And we do it with a smile.
